Knowhow Improvement
We want to improve the knowledge about on-line wet-chem analysis.
For this reason we issue a paper called "Between the Lines". These papers describe several mainly technical issues like; basic chemistry, what is titration, several measurement methodologies we apply, statistics, etc.

The following "Between the Lines" are released :

BtL No.1 :Basic chemistry: what is an acid , a base, an ion. Understanding about measuring units like ppm, volume-%, weight-%, etc.
BtL No. 2 : Potentiometry: type of electrodes, buffers, calibration parameters, temperature effects, problems & solutions, etc.
BtL No.4 :     Acid Base Titration in Aqueous Solvents : acid base titrations, what is pKa & pKb, what is an acid or base, type of electrodes applicable, etc. (see attachment).
BtL No.6 : Spectrometry: UV, VIS, wavelength, Lambert Beer's law, Cuvette Module vs LDP, calibration, etc.
BtL No.13 :Statistics : Inaccuracy, repeatability, standard deviation, average.
BtL No.15 :Chemical Considerations : sample volume, titrant volume & concentration, reagent volume & concentration versus measuring ranges, accuracy/repeatability, analysis time.

Maintenance
We have a highly skilled international team of Field Service Engineers to provide maintenance and breakdown support to all users. World wide on-site support is available with total flexibility regarding frequency of visits from call-outs to Total Care  packages. Contact your local distributor to find how cost effective on site service can be.

Remote Access
Making use of bi-directional communication via a secure communication hub, we can log in into your analyzer to provide remote assistance and maintenance support. The data from your analyzer is used in complete confidence to monitor analytical performance and provides a valuable preventative maintenance tool.

User Training
Regular training courses are held to enable our users to exploit fully the power and flexibility of their Analyzers. Initial basic training is a key part of the start-up process. We provide further training as and when required from formal classroom sessions to more informal training at the analyzer site. The training is tailored to the exact requirements of each individual user or group.
